Tiny House Luxx

Our Tiny Home Luxx was designed to meet the need of clients requiring one level living. This model delivers 23 m2 of living space plus extra loft storage, that can be moved at any-time, on any road throughout NZ and is able to be towed by a domestic vehicle, on a standard car licence. As well, it is fully self-contained with in-built water and waste water tanks.


Taha Tiny Homes, Luxx model is a single level Tiny Home, offering 23m2 of living space plus over 9.6m2 of loft storage. Complete with bespoke cabinetry, high end fixtures and fittings, fully self-contained with inbuilt water (2 x 100 litre) and waste water tanks (2 x 120 litre), on a NZ custom built fully galvanised trailer. Our homes have the required electrical and gas certificates of compliance. All materials and construction methods have been carefully selected and as a result, Tiny Home Luxx is also road compliant - meeting both size and weight restrictions. Fully insulated and designed with energy efficiency in mind, with low voltage LED lighting and statement David Trubridge light shade in the living room.

Also available is a fully off-grid solution Solar Package. Our Showhome has been fitted with Solar panels, inverter, batteries and control panel, capable of completely running our Tiny Home Luxx. This additional cost is listed under our accessories.

Features of the Tiny Home Luxx

Water and Waste:

  • Two 100 L fresh water tanks (toilet and other) and two 120 L waste holding tanks, (grey and black), are fitted into the trailer. All tanks are Polyethylene rotationally moulded and fitted with dump valves and Camlock fittings.

  • Water is supplied by a 12 volt DC marine pump with pressure vessel.

Trailer:

  • 9.3 m long x 2.5 m wide trailer.

  • Stabiliser Legs x 6

  • 4 wheel braking, (mechanical break away brakes - more suitable for longer periods of inactivity).

  • Hot dip galvanised.

  • Draw bar is detachable for security and space saving.

Roof and Guttering:

  • Gabled roof with long run corrugated Coloursteel.

  • Marley PVC ‘Typhoon’ rainwater heads and downpipes.

Exterior:

  • H3.2 treated NZ Pine Ply and weather grooved battens.

  • Low VOC stain.

Inside:

  • Sustainably sourced Poplar core ply floors, kitchen and joinery.

  • All walls, (including internal walls), floors and roof, are insulated to R2.6 value.

  • Bespoke cabinetry for maximised storage and wardrobe hanging space.

Bathroom:

  • Sleek tapware.

  • Shower 900x750 with sliding glass door,

  • Extractor fan.

  • Vitreous china marine macerating

    toilet.

  • Towel rails.

  • Vanity unit.

Electrical:

  • Electric certificate of compliance and safety.

  • LED lighting throughout.

Gas:

  • Gas safety and compliance certificate.

  • 2 burner LPG Gas Hob, extractor fan.

  • Rinnai Infinity LPG gas water heating, with external dual change over bottle station.
